Can I start for free?+
Yes — build your first agent and put it live with no card. Upgrade only when you need more agents, a custom domain, the API or team features.
What counts as a “live agent”?+
A published agent people can actually chat with — on its hosted site, embedded on yours, or via the API. Drafts don’t count toward your limit.
Do I need to write any code?+
No. You describe the agent in a sentence and Storkie builds it — persona, memory, tools, chat and site. Developers can also drive everything through the API.
How do credits work with a plan?+
Credits meter AI and connector usage. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up anytime from the Credits page. Public chat is free; managed connector calls cost credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Your agents keep chatting (chat is free) — only metered actions like managed connector calls pause until you top up or your monthly allowance renews. You’re never charged surprise overages.
Can I use my own AI or connector keys?+
Yes. On Pro and above you can bring your own keys (free of platform credits), or use Storkie’s managed keys and pay in credits — per connector, your choice.
Can I put an agent on my own domain?+
Yes — custom domains are included from Pro. Your agent runs white-label on your domain.
Is there an API?+
Yes. Create revocable keys on the developer platform and call the account API server-to-server.
Can agencies resell Storkie agents?+
Yes — Business covers up to 25 client agents, each white-label on the client’s own domain, with connector-markup earnings on their usage; Enterprise adds self-host and custom terms. See the partners page.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Anytime, in one click, no lock-in. Upgrades are prorated; on downgrade you keep access until the end of the billing period.
