What it is
The unglamorous module that decides whether anyone gets as far as your agent. Visitors can talk to it before they have an account; when they do sign up it is one tap; and when they ask for their data back — or to be forgotten — that is a button, not a support ticket.

An anonymous visitor gets a few free messages, so the product is judged on the conversation rather than on a signup form.

Google sign-in creates the account on first use. Phone sign-in covers everyone who does not want a Google account.

Export downloads everything held about a person; deletion cascades through it. Cookie consent is accept, reject or choose.

What is included in the accounts & onboarding module?
8 capabilities, 8 of them on by default: google sign-in, phone (sms) sign-in, anonymous free trial, edit profile, 14 languages and more.
Do I have to pay extra for this module?
No. Every agent is built on the whole platform — modules are not sold separately. What varies by plan is volume: how many agents and how many conversations, not which capabilities you are allowed.
Can I turn parts of it off?
Yes. Each capability is a switch on the agent, and switching one off removes it from the agent’s behaviour as well as from its interface — the agent stops offering what it cannot do.
