What it is
Most tools hand you an empty database and a CSV importer. This one starts filling the moment the agent has its first conversation: the person it just spoke to is a contact, the date they mentioned is on the timeline, the thing they asked for is a task. You edit and delete freely — nothing here is read-only.

Do I have to pay extra for this module?
No. Every agent is built on the whole platform — modules are not sold separately. What varies by plan is volume: how many agents and how many conversations, not which capabilities you are allowed.
Can I turn parts of it off?
Yes. Each capability is a switch on the agent, and switching one off removes it from the agent’s behaviour as well as from its interface — the agent stops offering what it cannot do.
