The dashboard your agent fills in while it works

Contacts, pipeline, timeline, tasks, files and exports β€” built from the conversation, not from an import job.

11 capabilities Β· 8 on by default

What it is

Most tools hand you an empty database and a CSV importer. This one starts filling the moment the agent has its first conversation: the person it just spoke to is a contact, the date they mentioned is on the timeline, the thing they asked for is a task. You edit and delete freely β€” nothing here is read-only.

How it works

  1. 1

The agent writes as it talks

Every captured fact becomes a typed record, not a line in a transcript nobody rereads.

  2. 2

    Views read the records

A calendar reads anything with a date, a board reads anything with a status. Adding a record lights up every view that can show it.

  3. 3

    You own the data

Invite collaborators with roles, or export the entire workspace and take it elsewhere.

Everything in this module

Each one is a switch on your agent. Nothing here is an upsell.

Questions

What is included in the workspace & dashboard module?

11 capabilities, 8 of them on by default: overview, budget planner, contacts / people, entity pipeline, timeline / schedule and more.

Do I have to pay extra for this module?

No. Every agent is built on the whole platform β€” modules are not sold separately. What varies by plan is volume: how many agents and how many conversations, not which capabilities you are allowed.

Can I turn parts of it off?

Yes. Each capability is a switch on the agent, and switching one off removes it from the agent’s behaviour as well as from its interface β€” the agent stops offering what it cannot do.

Which parts are not on out of the box?

Budget planner, Catalogue / menu, Registry (URL scrape). The budget planner, catalogue/menu and URL registry ship off β€” they are a toggle away, not a purchase.
